Guy is experienced with both domestic and international business sales, acquisitions, valuations, exit planning and is an active member of the Business Brokers of Florida with successive years awarded the “Million Plus Recognition in Business Brokerage”
In both the UK and USA he founded civil enforcement, asset recovery and investigations agencies. Served on State board and national focus groups.
Guy also coaches entrepreneurs one on one, through specific challenges and their own seasonal change to reach clarity and find purpose, on a foundation of values and accountability. He presents seminars and workshops on , “drivers of company value”, “crisis turnaround” and for the baby-boomer generation, “how to both grow and exit your business but remain in control”. Author of “Ready for Change” – The Boomer Generation – Selling your business.
Around the local and international community, giving back is important to Guy and he enjoys supporting visionary nonprofits that provide for those that are otherwise overlooked and without a voice.

Our UK real estate company was established in 1948 by Keith’s father, W.H.Breading and he joined him in 1964 and became Managing Director upon his father’s passing in 1979.
The company was appointed in 1966 as auctioneers for several County Courts and subsequently as Sole Agent for SE England by The Official Receiver, the Insolvency department of the British Government, as their agent closing companies and disposing of assets by auction or private treaty, a position they held for over 25 years.
Keith was appointed in the UK a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents, The National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers and The Institute of Commercial & Business Agents.
Keith was also a Name at Lloyds of London from 1984 and honored to be made a Freeman of the City of London in 1996. He is also a past Chairman of both the UK charity organizations Round Table and 41 Club and other prominent organizations.
In 1981 Keith came to Florida and opened a real estate office in St Pete Beach and became a Licensed RE Broker selling businesses to UK citizens wishing to emigrate, also during the 80’s made his UK real estate business into a Public Company with 26 branches. He has also developed, owned and ran very prominent privately owned nursing homes, a large wholesale fish distribution company and has always had his hand in property development and investments.
Keith has held a number of Vice Presidential and/or Executive Sales & Marketing management positions at Hewlett-Packard, Digital Equipment, Compaq Computer as well as at over a dozen early to mid-stage Silicon Valley software startup companies. A serial entrepreneur, with more than 30-years of successful sales execution experience and has built many high performance sales & marketing teams from scratch, and he was instrumental in helping two Silicon Valley startups reach IPO/Merger status.
Over the past 20-years, Keith has consulted with more than two-dozen companies in such markets as Internet Security, Electronic Design Automation, Network Management, Telecommunications, CRM, Supply Chain, ERP-DDMRP-Lean, Factory Floor Real-Time Systems, Data Warehouse, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Real Estate Automation, Computer Depot Repair and Facilities Management. Mr. Clark has consulted with many small companies but also with much larger world-class companies such as Intel, Motorola, Apple Computer, eBay and Pixar.
Passion and recreation is found as a Master Captain of Power, Steam and Sail.
Keith holds a BS degree from the University of Rochester.
